Awake in Business helps leaders and teams work with greater self-awareness, clarity, connection, and effectiveness. Through executive coaching, team development, facilitation, and emotional intelligence programs, we help people navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and translate insight into meaningful action.
Engagements may include executive and leadership coaching, team workshops and retreats, emotional intelligence programs, group facilitation, and customized leadership development.
ABOUT LAURA:
Laura Wells is an executive and team coach, facilitator, and global business leader with experience spanning Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Her career has included leadership roles and work with organizations including Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Mars, Disney, the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation, and the Lieber Institute for Brain Development. She later founded AwakeTeams, a leadership and team-development company.
Today, Laura works with leaders and teams navigating growth, change, stakeholder complexity, team dynamics, and important transitions. Her approach integrates practical business experience with emotional intelligence, deep listening, and a focus on translating insight into action.
Laura is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a certified Search Inside Yourself teacher, and a Certified Circles Guide. She holds a master’s degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management and speaks French and German.
